We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, new product launches, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Any made-to-order or personalised items may require additional processing time. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product page.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 1–4 working days, although delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where applicable. If your order includes a tracked service, you will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SydeTwelve cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Royal Mail considers items lost after a certain period has elapsed. We will work with you to investigate any missing deliveries and find a suitable resolution.
